About Me

- I started this blog out of a desire to write and to, hopefully, inspire others who face difficult times, especially during these days when many have been laid off of work or lost their homes. At first I wanted to write a book by talking to those who have landed in the growing tent cities of America. However, I didn't have the courage to move there myself, and I could not find the financial backing to support my traveling to interview these courageous, although hurt and discouraged, people. Instead, I chose to rely on my faith in the best of life to keep me in my own rented condo and to write this blog. I deeply believe there are stories to be told by the people who have lost more than they believed was possible. For those of you who are reading this blog and have stories of your own to tell, please feel free to do so in a comment or provide me a link to your own blog. I'd love to hear from you.
